Alice brings extensive experience in the translation and application of cognitive, positive and behavioural psychology in both business and high performance sports. Alice completed her doctoral training in clinical and community psychology at the University of Exeter, and has a particular interest in preventative and positive psychological approaches. She continues to work in private practice in London offering coaching and therapy, and also allocates time to work within sports, helping high potential athletes and their families to promote sustainable performance, resilience, wellbeing and competitive advantage.
Alice has been involved with the development and delivery of numerous projects with the Positive Group, ranging from leadership to graduate programmes across the corporate sector. Within development, Alice has a strong interest in attentional focus and the knowledge and tools linked to improving our focus, in particular mindfulness practice. Alice has been working with Positive to develop mindfulness techniques that can be applied in organisational settings and it is her voice on many of the recordings on the Positive App.
