Dr Claire Garner

Dr Claire Garner is a Chartered Psychologist and PCC level accredited executive coach. She has worked extensively in Europe, Asia, Pacific, Australia, Brazil and Mexico in a career that has included public sector, consulting and in-house Talent and Organisational Development roles. She specialises in the practical implementation of psychological insights to senior level leaders and executive teams.

Claire graduated from Cambridge University, trained as a Clinical Psychologist and subsequently worked in the National Research teams at the Institute of Psychiatry. She is passionate about exploring meaning and purpose, and how these translate into sustainable action. She is a sought-after coach, who brings energy, humour and candour into her work.
