Outline

In rapidly changing working environments, adaptability is one of the most valuable skills we possess. While we may not choose the pace or nature of change, we can shape how we respond to it. This session explores the psychology behind resilience, including what enables us to stay flexible and grow in changing environments. We’ll explore how to build the agility and mindset that support sustainable performance, both individually and as a team.

Led by a Positive psychologist, the session examines how our brains naturally respond to challenges and how we can work with these patterns to enhance our ability to adapt. We’ll explore simple, evidence-based techniques that help reset quickly, refocus our thinking and build the
capacity to stay grounded in demanding situations.

These concepts help build immunity to pressure, enabling us to recover more quickly, stay present and support others in doing the same. Whether leading a team or managing your momentum, this talk offers practical strategies to build self-awareness, embrace uncertainty and adapt to new challenges effectively.
