Post-graduates at University College London (UCL) will be some of the first students to experience Positive’s new app-based PIE programme.
The programme will be delivered to post-graduates at UCL later this year with the specific aim of helping students better manage pressure, change and uncertainty. University can be an extremely challenging time, particularly as workloads become more demanding, and Positive are excited to be working with UCL’s wellbeing team to help support students at the university and drive positive change. Ensuring students have the knowledge and skills to manage their psychological wellbeing is key to helping them to think, feel and perform at their best and to thrive in today’s rapidly changing world.
The soon-to-be-launched PIE programme combines scientific theory with interactive tools and practical techniques to help participants develop positive, protective everyday habits. The programme is the first from Positive to be delivered entirely through a digital platform and boasts new tools as well as brand new learning materials and supporting content.
