‘Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right,’ – Henry Ford

In this 40-minute webinar, we’ll look at how our brains act as prediction machines and how our thoughts and emotions can powerfully impact our outcomes. We’ll explore how our inner dialogue can act as both a placebo (having a pleasing effect) and as a nocebo (having a harmful effect) and how it can tangibly impact a number of variables, from our performance to our health, how we age and even our relationships. We will also look at the ‘self-fulfilling prophecy’ and some of the ways we can alter our self-talk to shift our beliefs and our trajectory.
