"The pandemic is creating a ‘tsunami’ of mental health problems…"

"Our society is facing a mental health crisis…"

There’s no doubt about it: over the last year, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on psychological health. But are things really as catastrophic as many of the headlines suggest? How does the situation differ between organisations, and how can leaders ensure their efforts to support their people – both now and in the future – are successful?

In this 30-minute webinar, Positive experts Dr Brian Marien, Dr Eloise Crush and Will Marien will be discussing the role of measurement in supporting psychological health. In particular, they will consider:

- How has the pandemic affected the psychological health of leaders and teams?

- Why is measurement so important for supporting psychological health effectively?

- What are the key risk and protective factors for psychological health in organisations, and what are the levers required for change?

- How can leaders target their efforts and translate data into action to ensure the greatest return on investment?

- What are some of the challenges involved in measurement and how can these be overcome?
