Change: it’s a fundamental part of life, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy to manage. In fact, in a recent survey conducted by Gartner, over half (54%) of respondents said their people are suffering from ‘change fatigue’ – a general sense of apathy, resistance or passive resignation toward organisational changes. So what’s the solution? In today’s rapidly changing, incredibly uncertain world, how can we manage the challenge of change, protect our psychological health and support others to do the same?

In this free 30-minute webinar, Dr Catherine Marshall, Dr Brian Marien and Melinda Upton from Positive will explore the science behind change fatigue and discuss how we can develop a more effective mindset for managing change. They’ll look at how change fatigue relates to anxiety, stress and burnout, some of the most common challenges organisations are currently experiencing and practical ways leaders can support their people through times of change.
