Chris is a Professor of Applied Psychology and a Chartered Practitioner Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in elite sport. He has worked as a psychologist at four Olympic Games and previously served as Head of Psychology at the UK Sports Institute. His expertise lies in shaping high-performance systems that enable individuals, teams and organisations to thrive.

Chris has partnered with a wide range of organisations across the UK, Canada, USA, Sweden, Norway, as well as the International Olympic Committee. He has extensive experience conducting culture reviews and advising on organisational change as well as leading major research programmes focused on high-performance culture, thriving, trauma-informed practice and systems of care.

At Positive, Chris brings a systems-level perspective and deep expertise in applied psychology to support organisations in building high-performance cultures where people can flourish.
