FAQs

Put your mind at ease

Are your surveys anonymous?

Yes. We do not ask questions regarding personal data or that enable individuals to be identifiable. To ensure anonymity, we only provide organisations with aggregated averages for groups of 10 or more individuals.

Do you provide data breakdowns?

Yes, we’re happy to provide breakdowns of data by department, business area, age, ethnicity or other relevant sub-groups. However, we can only report data when there are 10 or more people included in any given sub-group.

What’s the purpose of My.Positive and is it necessary to complete the programme?

My.Positive is Positive’s learning platform. It is integral to Positive Leaders – it houses all pre-work and participants’ tools and challenges. It also includes around 50 hours of additional guided learning content, including interactive videos, questionnaires and other materials, that enable participants to dig deeper into the topics that are most relevant to them.

Will people answer the survey?

In our experience, individuals appreciate their organisation taking an interest in their wellbeing, satisfaction and personal performance at work, which encourages them to respond. We also find that people feel more comfortable sharing information about these categories with an external provider, particularly a team of psychologists. On average, between 60-80% of individuals respond to our surveys when given 1–2 weeks to respond.

How often do you recommend doing the survey?

We recommend repeating the survey at regular intervals, every 6–12 months. Most clients opt for a 6-monthly cycle to avoid survey fatigue whilst ensuring the ability to monitor the impact of their interventions.
