Your questions, answered
Who can participate in your leadership programmes?
Our leadership development programmes are designed for leaders at all levels, from new managers and leaders to senior executives. We keep group sizes small to allow our psychologists to position the content so it speaks to the specific needs of the participants, regardless of their seniority. In addition, the skills we teach are core psychological skills, required by all leaders, which can be powerfully applied in a wide variety of contexts.
Who runs your programmes?
At Positive we have an incredible delivery team made up of experienced, passionate and charismatic individuals. All of our experts have a background in psychology and extensive experience working with clients to drive positive change. You can find out more about our team here.
How long are your programmes?
Our Positive Leaders programme is made up of four parts, each one covering a different skillset. We recommend tackling one per month, or at a maximum, spacing them over a defined 6-month period. Each skillset is made up of 3 components: pre-work (up to 15 minutes), the live session itself (two 90 minute sessions over a half-day period), and post-session challenges and practice (implemented on the job).
Can you deliver your programmes in person?
In most cases, yes! We love doing in-person delivery and have travelled to organisations all over the world. Book a call with us to discuss your needs and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
