Through understanding the science of imagination and the power of storytelling, we can harness their relevance in building adaptive mindsets and behaviours in the workplace, thereby future proofing performance.

In this talk, a Positive psychologist will explore the role of imagination and storytelling in building adaptability in the workplace, including how we can leverage these as practical skills to help us embrace the current pace of change, and ultimately, to adapt and thrive.
