However, given the inevitability of fluctuations in human wellbeing and the constant challenges and uncertainties of life, there's a compelling case for adopting a more proactive stance.

By developing psychological skills, we can better navigate stressors and sustain optimal performance. This proactive stance is not just beneficial but critical, as our wellbeing is intricately linked to our performance at work, influencing our concentration, memory, and decision-making.
